Periodic Defects In Engravings

Description

A repeated pattern visible in the output of engravings.

Solution

This typically indicates a defect or adhesion of some kind on a moving mechanical part such as a lead screw or the motors that drive the belts. For more information, see Troubleshooting: Mechanical Issues.
